During these unprecedented times, to support our customers and our business, we will regularly update this page with details of our store and services.
At present, our online store is open for business and our warehouse partners are shipping out orders, whilst taking extra hygiene and safety precautions to protect the team and our customers. We are not currently able to offer the next day service, but our standard delivery service remains in place.
Please bear with us if your order does not arrive as promptly as you are used to. We are working with a skeleton crew at our warehouse throughout this period. Any orders placed on a Friday will be handled the following week.
There may also be more occasions with products being out of stock. If this occurs, we will advise you as soon as possible and ensure your card is refunded for any item we cannot deliver to you.
Our Customer Service team remain on hand, though are working remotely. They are able to answer any queries that you may have regarding your online orders. Our phone lines will remain operational for product information and other enquiries, however, we are unable to take any phone orders at present.
For customers who have sent us items for re-bristling or sharpening, please be advised that we will keep your items securely during this period whilst our store is closed. As soon as we are able to complete the re-bristling or sharpening we will advise you and let you know an estimated completion date. Thank you for your understanding at this time.
We are also happy to extend the duration of any gift card by 6 months during this period.
