Are you open on Bank Holidays?
Currently our Jermyn Street store is not open on Bank Holidays, but this is subject for review.
Are you open Sundays?
Our Jermyn Street store is usually closed on Sundays, however, the 6 weeks leading up to Christmas the store will be open between 11:00am to 5:00pm.
This year 2021 our store will not open on Sundays. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Where is my order?
All of our orders are dispatched promptly and are received within 3-5 days for UK orders, and up to 10 working days for International orders. For further details, please check our Delivery & Returns page.
When your order is dispatched, you will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please follow the instructions to track your order.

Are your toiletry products vegan?
At Taylor of Old Bond Street, all our toiletries are vegetable based and they do not contain any animal products. None of our products are tested on animals.
Is the talc that is used in your powders tested for asbestos content?
The talc used in our products is inspected for asbestos mineral content. The manufacturer’s specification confirms in writing that no detectable amounts of asbestos type minerals are present in this product.
Is it possible to recycle the shaving cream bowls? What plastic are they made of?
The material used for the jar and lid is Styrene Acrylonitrile (SAN). Generally, our bowls can be placed in the same recycling bin as plastic bottles and jars, but please check with your local authority to see if they have the premises and ability to recycle this material.
Can I return an item?
Yes, as long as the products are unused and in their original unopened packaging or if the item is faulty, you can return the products to us within 30 days of purchase for either an exchange or refund.
You can either drop the item back to us at our Jermyn Street store or send it back to us via trackable post. Please make sure to include proof of purchase in your parcel. We will only be able to refund you the cost of shipping back to us if the product was faulty.

My shaving brush sheds. Am I doing anything wrong?
As the shaving brush ages, hair will naturally shed. However, there are a number of steps you can do to extend the life of your shaving brush. Firstly, after use rinse any remaining soap from the brush and dry it thoroughly on a towel. Secondly, you can hang the brush upside down using a shaving brush stand to prevent water entering the brush handle. Finally, store the brush in an area that is well-ventilated.
If your brush is still shedding but you believe it should not, please send us an email to sales@tobs.co.uk explaining what is wrong, photo of the brush and proof of purchase (when available).
I have very sensitive skin. Are any of your products suitable for me?
All of our products are generally well tolerated for all skin types. However, if your skin is particularly sensitive, we do offer a range of products specifically formulated for sensitive skin called the Jermyn Street Collection. This range is allergen-free. View the range here.
Do your products contain Palm Oil?
Within our range, only our soaps contain palm oil. Potassium palmate is an essential contributor to the performance of a soap's lather and cleansing properties.
There is substantial pressure on the use of palm oil throughout the world. Most of the manufacturers of palm oil have signed up to the RSPO standards and at Taylor of Old Bond Street, we only use renewable palm oil in the manufacture of our soap.
We continue to monitor the global improvements in palm oil sustainability and alternative raw materials to give equal performance.
