Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Order' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Postage and shipping in the UK is free for orders of £25.00 and over (orders less than £25.00 will be charged £4.95) with charges applicable as stated in the table below.

*At cost- the shipping amount we pay the Courier/ Post Office is the amount we charge you. We can only calculate this once your parcel has been packed and weighed.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in two business days. International orders are generally received in under seven days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Security Code?
The card security code is a unique three or
four-digit number printed on your debit/credit card.
This number is not embossed on the card and hence
not printed on receipts - making it difficult for
anyone other than the genuine cardholder, to know
it. Some card issuers refer to this number as the
'Card Security Code' or 'personal security code'
or 'Card Verification Value'.

Some cards have a three-digit number printed at the top of the signature strip on the reverse of the card. |

Others, like America Express Express cards, have a four-digit number printed on the front of the card, above the account no. |
