The sebaceous glands are stimulated by the shampoo, allowing a more even flow of sebum (the scalp's own natural oil) through the scalp to the hair ends. The peppermint essential oil contained in the shampoo is kind to the scalp and moisturises the hair. The shampoo performs well in hard water, and leaves the hair with a natural shine.
The cream conditioner is highly compatible with the Series One shampoo. It contains a natural fatty substance blended with essential oils, including cold pressed essential oil of peppermint. The conditioner is best used after shampooing and left in the hair for about five minutes before rinsing through.
Essential oils are particularly used in the treatment of dry hair. About ten drops should be applied and lightly massaged directly into the scalp. The treatment, which contains avocado and pure oils, should be left on the hair for 10 minutes, then shampoo.
